Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough...FOR EATING!!
When I was a little kid, my favorite part of baking with my mom was getting to lick the beaters and the spatula. My sister and I would always be sneaking little tastes of cookie dough or batter when my Mom's back was turned.
Ok, let's be serious....we still do that..
I don't know why people are always so nervous about the issues around "salmonella" when dealing with cookie dough that has raw eggs in it. I mean, I get it, clearly you don't want to eat an entire batch of cookie dough that has at least two raw eggs in it...but still, I've never had any issues..
REGARDLESS, I'm not going to promote eating tons and tons of raw-egg-filled cookie dough, but what I WILL promote is eating an entire batch of this EGGLESS COOKIE DOUGH!! It is actually designed specifically for eating so...you're welcome.

Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Prep time: 5 minutes Yields ~half an average batch of dough
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup milk
1 cup flour
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1) In a medium bowl, cream together brown sugar and butter. Add vanilla and milk.
2) Slowly mix in flour and salt. Add chocolate chips and stir until completely combined. Chill in the refrigerator and enjoy when you please!
